For an egg and dairy allergy though I would simply get a good vegan cookbook. I'm personally notorious for taking perfectly good vegan recipes and adding meat. (Sorry vegans)  Prepared items marked Parve are dairy free (but not necessarily egg free) so that is a good thing to check for. We aren't egg free but are so heavy in eggs that I try to bake without them. We are gluten, dairy, soy, and almond free leaning towards grain and starch free.Â

A simple milk substitution is coconut milk or almond milk.  Sub it 1 for 1.  For heavy creme I use cashews blended with enough water to make it creamy. You can make some awesome dairy free creamy stuff with cashew creme. Soups, desserts, you name it.  Even mac and cheese if you add brewers yeast.Â

Enjoy Life is a brand to look for. It is free of all 8 main allergens and toddlers love it.Â
