Really good post! That Jake guy really creeps me out though. It seems like he deflected most of your arguments by saying it's not worth his time.

Someone in the know informed me long ago that he is a circumfetishist.  He also posted on his facebook wall a graphic video of a baby being circumcised and said it excited him.  He is a gay man who was cut as an adult and who prefers circ'd penises.  However, it goes beyond preference, into fetish.  He is dangerous... he is one of the last voices left promoting the torture of baby boys.  He has no case, and he knows it, but he tries to get around it by invalidating the ethics argument.  The only argument worth having on circ is ethics!  There is nothing else - because torture and irreparable mutilation are about ethics.  

What's more interesting is England (where he is) is like Australia (where I am) - we don't have much circumcision and doctors basically won't do it.  So perhaps he should just move to America where most guys his age will fit his preference instead of trying to resuscitate the dying circumcision movement.
