I got my AFs back at 2 months pp. They've been heavy with a lot of clotting. Now this month, it was really long (7-8 days of bright red) with really large quarter+ size clots. Now, for the past 4 days, I've had brown spotting near constantly and a TON today, almost as bad as a period. What could be going on? Should I call my OB? In January she said all was fine. So no fibroids/etc. and my pap was fine as usual.
