Des Moines Photographer

Can anyone recommend a good family photographer in Des Moines?  I want to purchase a photo package for some friends who just had twins and I am not familiar with any of the Des Moines photographers since I live in Oregon.  I am not looking for an in-studio/mall based photo company, but rather an independent photographer with amazing skills and can work with infants.  Any suggestions?
