Red spot on testicles

DS has a red spot on his testicles. I noticed it when I was changing his diaper last night. It looks like the skin is just irritated. There's no lump and he doesn't wince or cry when I touch it. Normal??

Is it right underneath the penis, like at its base? My son gets it too, and I think that's where pee sits inside the diaper. I put a dab of butt paste on it and it goes away overnight.

No it's at the bottom more. I guess it could just be diaper irritation. He's one of those babies who does not cry when he has a wet/dirty diaper so sometimes it's easy not to change him as often as I should!! Sheepish.gifI will try to change more frequently and see if it goes away! Thanks!
