I had my 1st son by c-section in 2000 and my 2nd son by hbac in 2008 by twins were born in january the 1st by hbac the 2nd by c-section the doctor said he had to make a different incision than the one i had from my 1st son. is it possible for me to hbac if we decide to have mor children or am i doomed to c-section?

The risks of uterine rupture as well as some other complications are increased from vba2c some and the risk level also depends on what kind of incision it was (get your records if possible), but it can be done and often is. Get the records, talk to potential care providers (several), find out what the risk level for you is specifically and whether they attend vba2c in your case. Be prepared for naysaying from some doctors, insurance and medical tradition often puts up resistance but the evidence might still support vaginal birth as safer than surgery for you.

Since you are asking about HBAC, that is going to be a matter of asking your area midwives and seeing if someone will attend you. There are midwives who will attend some pretty extreme scenarios, so my offhanded guess it yes, its possible.
