We lost our beloved Cinnamon Lightning Suicide this morning.

Our Pup just turned 89.  My hope is that you find peace.  I will be facing this one day.

Thank you so much! I really didn't realize how much I'd appreciate the responses.

I was doing really well and then I got a sympathy card from the vet that set me back a few days but, we're doing a lot better the past couple days. We all miss our Cinny but she's no longer in pain, she's in a happier place, and she doesn't have to be careful or put up with the baby's antics anymore. I miss the click of her nails on the floor and I still miss being greeted at the door, her super soft and fuzzy ears, and the squeaky whine she made only when dh came home. She is still loved and is truly missed but we're healing and moving on.

Sorry to hear about your loss!  Pets are very much apart of the family and it is hard to lose any part of the family.
