I know you need folic acid, omega 3s, what else? Â and how much?

My current prenatals are:

600 mg omega 3s
30 mg of vit E
400 mcg of folic acid
5 mcg of Vitamin D
120 mg of calcium
60 mg of magnesium

I like staying simple, i have never really taken a multivitamin. Â Am I missing anything huge?

(btw i live in the Netherlands, so do not have access to american brands of prenatals, which is why i am discussing ingredients more than brands. Â )
