Prenatal vitamins - what is the minimum?

I know you need folic acid, omega 3s, what else?  and how much?

My current prenatals are:

600 mg omega 3s

30 mg of vit E

400 mcg of folic acid

5 mcg of Vitamin D

120 mg of calcium

60 mg of magnesium

I like staying simple, i have never really taken a multivitamin.  Am I missing anything huge?

(btw i live in the Netherlands, so do not have access to american brands of prenatals, which is why i am discussing ingredients more than brands.  )

Honestly the most important thing is folic acid.  Omega-3's and vitamin D are great too, but really folic acid is the must.  600 mg daily from all sources is the recommended amount for pregnant women (400 for non pregnant adults) with 1000 mg being the upper limit (pregnant or not).

Thanks so much for the reply.  Well, good, I will stick with this one then.  All the other brands have like four million ingredients, I feel good about this straightforward one!
