Just been diagnosed w a fungal rash. Any ideas for natural healing other than laying off the sugar... ?? Thanks

coconut oil ? 3 tablespoons a day (internally) at least ...

not that I'm that successful with cutting out sugar lately & not sure what else I'm sensitive to so many relapses ...

will be curious to hear about other strategies ....

For the fungal rash I just made a tea tree oil lotion tonight. Read that tea tree is very anti fungal. Well see how it works.

Ill have to try more coconut oil too. The lotion has it as part of the base.

I've made a tea tree salve before.  1/2 cup of coconut oil melted, stir in 5 drops of tea tree oil.  Apply liberally.  Use different fingers to dip if you need more, I wasn't so careful about that and my salve molded.  Oops.

Also, I get patches of yeast on my skin, but not a rash.  I've found that if I'm religious about drinking well-fermented water kefir it clears right up.
