I've totally screwing this whole thing up! Began drops 7 days ago, then went out of town and just wasn't prepared and cheated for 2 days, then have had 2 days since being home and eating correctly....but, I'm still very hungry. I only need to lose 15 lbs and just wondered how long I should keep at it being this hungry. I was even shaky with low blood sugar type feelings today. Is there a good resource for recipes for the 500 cal diet? I figure I'll get pretty bored with grilled meat and salads :) thanks so much for any help!
