I remember learning that virtually every culture that practices female genital cutting also practices male circumcision. 

Can anyone help me find a good link (or two, or ten) for that information?

I'm having trouble posting links.  Try google: FGM MGM world map.  The circumstitions website has a good info page- but it's not an "official" website.

One time someone replied: "I heard Bali (or did they say Mali, or something else) was an exception to that."

It took me about 30 seconds with Wikipedia to debunk that.  No exceptions have ever been found to my knowledge.
