Same here. And I've even felt some movement. Oh, how much easier it was not to worry last time! But we're all in the 2nd trimester now. We have at least made it through the toughest part.

Heartbeat there! 145 beats a minute. I'm glad. And, my midwife will try to get me a test for Listeria (something I've been worried about after being in El Salvador for 10 days, and realizing all that yummy cheese I ate was fresh out of the cow non-pasturized...) which is hard to get in Sweden since there are only like 10 cases a year...So I'm glad.

Funny that you mention Listeria, because my husband and I were just talking about that today!  I've really been dying for a coney dog and he is absolutely against it.  No hot dogs!! Of course everything that sounds good to me is on the no-no list!

Emaya- so glad you go to hear the heartbeat!  thats the best! I am ready to go and get one of those DIY monitors that let you listen to the heartbeat whenever you want to calm myself down!!

Went to the grocery store before work the other day.  Bought a salad in the deli and the woman working there informed me that I am going to have a girl.  Was really odd...don't shop at the store that often and definitely do not know her.  Apparently she saw my newly popped stomach and decided to give her two cents.  Should have told her I wasn't pregnant and let her feel like an ass, haha.

Emaya, yay! I really want to hear the heartbeat. I've seen it, but hearing it is so much sweeter, I think. smile.gif

So, latest belly pic from Sunday (16 weeks):

The bump looks much more even with my shirt down. winky.gif

Lovely belly there, Sweetbee! Keep the pictures coming. I will catch up one day...

So, 17-week appointment today. Baby is measuring right on schedule, though the head is a few days ahead. orngtongue.gif This was the same with my son. By the end, his head was estimated even a few weeks ahead of everything else.

The doctor said it could be a girl, but it's a bit early to know.

Edit: Pic.

I had my 16-week appt yesterday and verything seems to be going well.  My midwife detected the heartbeat for about 6 beats and then the peanut moved and wouldn't cooperate.  Here's a picture of the midwife using a fetoscope.  (We're foregoing Doppler and ultrasound unless necessary.)

And here's my 16-week belly pic:

I want to see everyone else's bellies!!

Very cute belly Anna!

I finally took some pictures today, but we're out in the country and I don't have my cord to upload. So it'll be sometime next week. It'll be interesting to see my bump in a photo, because in the mirror, I'm looking like double the size of you two (Anna and Sweetbee)! Got my ultrasound on Wednesday to make sure there aren't two in there...(though of course a blessing is a blessing, and two blessings, however overwhelming, are two blessings).

Edit: that is, I will have my ultrasound this Wednesday.

I can't wait to see your belly!  I thought I felt a lot smaller than I looked in the photo.  It's weird how our minds perceive things one way and they're really another!  LOL

Yay for belly pics! MommyM, your bump looks rounder than mine. Mine is all lopsided. orngtongue.gif

Emaya, I hope you upload your pic soon. Bump size is a funny thing. I felt like I was much bigger than last time in the beginning, and now I feel smaller than last time. I'm gaining weight, though. Up 6kg already, ugh.

Anyone thinking of names yet?

I'll be posting a belly pic soon.  I've been hesitant cause I'm heavy, but I'm getting strangers asking about the pregnancy, so I must be looking pregnant and not just fat. hahaha.  I'll see if DH will take one tomorrow...or I may to do one myself.

For weight, I've gained 4 pounds so far.  Well, I lost 11 pounds and I've gained 4 of them back, so I'm still lighter than prepregnancy weight at this point.  Since I'm getting close to the middle (19 weeks is midway for twins) I imagine it will start to speed up soon.

And yep, we've been thinking about names.  If one is a boy,  He will be Liam Edward.  A girl, will be Maisie (still working on middle name).  If we end up with 2 boys or 2 girls, we'll have a lot more thinking to do.  We've been TTC for a long time, so we've had the first names picked out for a looong time. lol

Ok here it is, week 17, I believe. The bump looks smaller to me in the photo than it does from my birds-eye-view perspective. But then again, apparently my husband was more interested in getting more of our veggie garden into the photo than my bump, since I'm kind of there in the background... :)

I LOVE IT!  Beautiful.  love.gif

You two have such cute bumps! Mine feels really malformed now. orngtongue.gif

Emaya, how big is your garden? I wish we had our own space like that, but everyone here is so crammed in. I want a house!

My bump really is pretty lumpy, but in my picture I had maternity pants on with a large panel so that kind of helped to smooth things out.  It's definitely not all smooth and little basketball-like as it was with my DD.  winky.gif

Had the ultrasound today. She was quiet for a long time, I started getting nervous. She finally said -- I was just counting them. Apparently, we're having triplets. We are in COMPLETE shock right now and I just don't know how to digest this information. They all look good right now, but we will go back for another ultrasound tomorrow with a doctor present. I just keep shaking my head and saying wow. Our future has just changed dramatically, if all goes as hoped. So many questions. So many issues. Wow.

WOAH!  That is quite a dramatic change!  Just remember to breathe...

Oh my gosh!!  Three blessings - so crazy and amazing at the same time!  Congrats!!!!  joy.gif
