Anyone think I should test now?

These are my past period dates

January 1st
February 3rd
March 9th
April 10th

Haven't started yet this month.

I have been on Vitex for 2 months so I expected my period a couple days ago since also having cramps. Still nothing. I am nervous that i'll get a BFN :(

Did you test this morning?  Update us!  :)

If it is a BFN, do you have any idea when you ovulated?  I know your cycles are pretty regular, but at any given time, stressors, illness, travel, injury, etc. can delay your ovulation, which would then delay AF.  Can you think back to days with eggwhite cervical fluid?  If not, then I would just suggest testing again in 4-5 days if AF still has not shown up.

Jaimie, of course I got a BFN this morning, I am so upset. I don't understand why I am so late. This is one month where I haven't been stressed at all. I did have a cold that lasted for a while and I took some cold meds but other than that, I am confused. I take Vitex and it was my second month. I thought Vitex was going to make my cycle shorter. I can't remember for sure about CF, I don't get much of that anyway so it is kinda hard to tell. I am adding licorice root this cycle and still taking royal jelly, bee pollen, a prenatal and vitex. Hope something works out before we give up for a while.

Sorry about the BFN!  My understanding is that vitex takes several months to kick in... usually like 6 months.  I'm sure your ovulation was delayed and very likely by that cold.  Usually when my O is delayed it's off by 4-5 days.  But certainly could be longer.  Another possibility is that your LP is elongating b/c of all the supplements you're taking.  A longer LP combined with delayed O could put you quite a bit later.  Time to start charting so that you know what's going on!  Pick up Taking Charge of Your Fertility!!!
