Nannyshare or SAHM/D to care for infant beginning Jan. 2012- Central and South Seattle

Hi there!

I am Andrea and my husband and I are having our first baby (he's a boy!) in October 2011.  I will need to return to work in January 2011, and we are hoping to put together a nanny share or to find a SAHM or SAHD to take in our little one while we work. 

My husband and I work in Central Seattle (Madrona and First Hill), and live in West Seattle (Highland Park/White Center).  We may move to Seward Park, Beacon Hill, Columbia City, or the CD in the next few months, but if we don't find a house we want to buy, we will stay put in WS. 

I hope to make contact with people in the next few months, so that we can get to know each other and have time to work out the details sooner rather than later.  Never done this before, so if you have any tips for me, please let me know!

Unfortunately I don't think we'll be living close enough, but wanted to point out: did you mean Jan. 2012?
