37 weeks!

i'm 37 weeks today and i am way too excited. this is my first and we've got the diapers and changing station ready, the homebirth kit complete, our home visit done, lasagna and cookies in the freezer... i think all i have left is to get a car seat, make food for my baby shower, and get through finals at school. my plan is to rest between finals and the big birth day, but at this rate i may just be pacing around re-folding onesies. anybody else getting crazy excited?

Congrats!  I will be 37 weeks in 2 days.  I am so not ready, but that is ok.  This is my fourth, so I am happy to wait at least 3 more weeks.  We need to finish off the basement.  When we moved into our house we had 3 people in a few short weeks we will have 6.  So it's imperative we have a bit more space!

I need to get cracking on food prep.  My mother has been working on some for me but I do need to do a bit more.  Maybe I will use you as inspiration and make a few lasagna's up for the freezer. Not hard just need to do it

Yay for 37 weeks! I'll be 36 weeks on Wednesday so I'm not too far behind you! I don't have freezer meals done yet because we'd eat them all way before baby is born. I have everything I need for the most part and today is my baby shower so I'll hopefully get the rest of the things that I actually do need.

It's so nice to get to the point where you feel done with preparations and you can just wait for baby to come! That's one of my favorite times in pregnancy, you just get to relax and gestate. :)

I'm 37.5 weeks. My DS came at 37 weeks 1 day. My mom is here and I'm really hoping to go into labor while she is still here (so before Thursday) because I'd rather have her than MIL at my birth. But at the same time I don't feel ready yet!

I am just about 37 weeks and getting super excited. My body sure feels ready but, I still have school work to finish up this week, so I am hoping she waits until at least next weekend. This is dd #2 but, It has been 8 years since I have had a baby and so I feel like everything is all new. I just can't wait to hold, feed and love her!

Also 37 weeks today! Feeling mostly ready. Still have a long list of things to do but mostly all baby related things are in order. Still would like the house cleaned and organized and also in need of a few lasagnas in the freezer but overall feeling ok. Getting a little nervous about making the transition to 4 kids especially wondering how our youngest will adjust but I always worry about that and everything turns out ok.

I'm in the 37-wks club, too. Yay! Yesterday, we set up the side car to celebrate. All the diapers are washed, at least once, and I've made an effort (a small one, mind) at packing up a bag for the birth center. I totally overdid everything last week (um, like when I taught three folk dance workshops, ahem), so my goal for this week is to seriously chill. I've been reading birthing from within (awesome) and the womanly art book (even more awesome) .... getting (even more) excited!

Me too!!!  37 wks. yesterday.  Tons of prodromal labor.  DH was so sure she was going to appear Sat. night *LOL* We are ready.  Now I have to get our new camper ready for camping this coming weekend   I am so mentally ready for this babe to arrive.  We are hoping for a Memorial Day weekend baby.

I'll be 37 weeks tomorrow.

It feels completely unreal. The last couple of weeks have really crept up on me!

I'm getting excited, but also a little stressed out. We've been sick for a month so all the spring-cleaning I was planning on doing has gone out the window. NOTHING is set up for baby. I also have finals at school.

I'll be sooo happy when everything's done!

Oh and this is kind of random, but is anyone else amazed by the fact that they have not just a fetus, but and actual full-grown baby inside them? A friend of mine just gave birth at 36 weeks 3 days, and it's amazing seeing pics of her little guy and realising that my baby is that big too!

I love this point in pregnancy. Knowing that baby could be born at anytime now and all is good!!

I am 37 weeks today!  I still have tons to do, but I am feeling more at peace that whenever this baby comes, we'll be okay. 

I'm reading Birthing From Within too.  Last night when I rolled over, I felt a crazy pain in my side and used the breath awareness to help get through it, until I realized that shifting another 20 degrees would make it go away.    I must have been mostly asleep.  I'm glad some things from the book are sinking in!
