Breast pain at 15 weeks?!

Hi everyone,

   Im new here, so I hope im posting in the right section! Anyways, im 15 weeks today with my 3rd. This pregnancy has been completely different from my first 2, including breast pain. I have been getting this really bad shooting pain in my left breast...it starts at the back and goes down and has been occurring since 14 weeks. Im also already experiencing tingling. Has anyone else had these issues this early? I thought it was not suppose to start till the end of my pregnancy. I cannot go back to the doctor for 2 more weeks b/c we are out of town, but I have had one u/s that confirmed the pregnancy and due date. I am also extremely paranoid with this one, I think its because its my last and im so scared something will happen! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

No experience to share, but can you call your care provider and ask to speak to a nurse or doctor/midwife?  Usually they are happy to take a message and have someone get back to you within a day or so.

Breast pain was always one of the first signs for me for both of my pregnancies. Usually it was just dull aching or tenderness but I've also experienced what you described. Personally I would probably just hold out and wait until your next appt to ask about it.

I had the same sort of breast pain. These sharp, shooting pains that would happen out of the blue, like when I was lying on the couch or something. Very weird. They're finally feeling a bit less less sensitive (at 18 weeks) but my nipples are still just as sore. This is a lot different than my first pregnancy; I don't remember having my tenderness at all. My toddler elbows me a lot when we're cuddling, on accident, of course, but it just kills!!!!!!!!!!
