I love this time of year!! I was sitting in the living room with dh after dinner and said...It's 9:30!! This day flew!! I think days goes faster when there is more sunlight.

Normally I dread the time change. But this time I didn't even notice! Our boys adjusted really well too. I think they like the more sunlight too!!

Most of Indiana doesn't do the time change AND I LOVE IT THAT WAY! Our late governor was trying to change that last I heard. I like that our schedules don't get screwed with!

Hello ladies. It is so heartwarming to read all of your posts. I really enjoy it.

I am battling another breast infection so I am not sure if I will make it to the gym this week.

Last week: 158 I think
This week: 157
Mini goal: 146
Ultimate goal: 130

Enjoy the weather and the extra sunshine- I love it!

I hate this daylight savings thing It drives me crazy! Hard to fell asleep, hard to get up in the morning, my appetite is also mixed up and I end up not eating or eating too late : It takes up to two weeks to get back to normal And my husband thinks I'm crazy because he doesn't feel the change and doesn't understand my problem (even tho I explained it a thousand times : ) Maybe he'll come around since he began recently to feel the Full Moon influence

Welcome to the new comers!

I've resist the Coke craving so far (well, had a tiny glass while preparing dinner yesterday - like 5 sips... served by my hubby that thought I was looking miserable staring at the bottle ) Went to the store and bought the chocolates for the kids and didn't bought any for myself!

One day at a time, I'll do it!

Melissa, I did look at that link earlier last week and found that I was mostly already doing everything listed. Hum. But, it I seem to be finally having some movement with some portion control and I am really happy about that. (I have ben stuck and slow going in the 183-181 range and I was 179 this morning).

Thanks for the advice, I appreciated it.

Isn't it stupid? It should at least be the whole state or none at all, BUT I don't want it myself.

Hi ladies. I'm late as usual. Good news this week- 183.0. Down from 184.0 I think last week and 218 post-partum at start. Mini-goal is 178.5 .. remember I have problems with round numbers thanks to my new digital scale. Final goal is 150ish.

Oh yeah - daylight savings. GROAN. I am so messed up, and my kids are pretty committed to their former routines. It usually takes us a full week to adjust for just one measly hour! I cannot imagine having to adjust to 3-6+ hours if we went to Calif, Europe, etc etc! ARGH!
