Special Needs Resource Book List

Anybody else interested in putting together a list of books that are often recommended in this Special Needs forum. They would be ordered generally by topic or type of special need area. I guess it should be put in the Wiki area. I didn't see anything specific to SN in the wiki area.

I can only get it started, but I certainly can't do it all.
