You know...those tiny little white head lookin things...my son,7weeks, has it on the sides of his face and I have them on my upper arm where I hold him. What can k do about it? Other than showering...we do that every day. I don't wear perfumes and I use the same lotion he does.

We massaged DS w olive oil so that made it really bad. We started using cornstarch baby powder after his daily bath and it got better right away.  Just be careful he doesn't inhale it.

If you have it on both of your upper arms, it could be a condition called keratosis pilaris (a form of eczema).  I have it and so does DS2 (13 m.o.).  It is benign; our ped said it clears up in some children at adolescent onset.  I have had it, however, since adolescence and it got much worse after DS2 was born.

Well I'm wondering if it's just bc that's where ds2 falls asleep and we get sweaty...so maybe I just need to wash those areas everyday and keep the grime and dirt off.

If it gets worse I will mention this condition to my dr. Thanks!!!

My baby had some and a friend told me to put breastmilk on it. Seemed to help.
