Is it normal for a belly button to suddenly change at 19 m/o?

DD always had an innie with no issues. This morning it is starting to stick out like it is going to be an outie. (it's like a halfie right now) IDK if this should be a concern? It is not red or anything, it does feel hard.

I am not sure but it would concern me also, I think mainly because it could be a small hernia. I think I would get it checked out.

could be an umbilical hernia - they are quite common. However they usually occur from birth and then go away on their own. Im not sure if your child's BB was totally normal that she would all of a sudden have a UH. If you are concerned ask your doc to take a look.
