Sleepy time

Anyone else having an AWFUL time getting to sleep and staying asleep??

 

What helps you??

Personally I'm exhausted so I've been passing out as soon as both my kids are asleep and then get to deal with nightwakings...  But I do know that there are some calming herbs/teas you could try, baths, and maintaining a regular exercise routine (if your nausea allows).

I'm exhausted, but my anxiety is so high right now I can't shut my brain off most nights. I've been laying awake for hours at night trying to get some quality rest before DD wants to come to bed and torture my boobs nurse and I've been waking up before everyone! WTH body?!

Yeah, I think my main problem is I cant shut my brain off.
