Fertility Supplements Survey

Thread Starter

Hello Mamas!

Please pardon the X-posting...

I created a Survey Monkey survey to collect info on the supplements other mamas are taking.

This is a non-scientific, quick and dirty list of all the fertility supplements I know of. There are checkboxes next to the name of each supplements, and also a text box for adding your dosages and listing any other supplements not on my list. I hope we can learn from each other!

Here's the link: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/7ZMBQC6

I'll post results when I get a big enough response. Big thank you to any mamas willing to participate! orngbiggrin.gif

Blessings,

LitMama

24 responses so far... was trying to wait for more! I thought I could cut and paste them into this box, but the formatting isn't working out. Let me play around with a bit, will try to get them in here later today. Thanks for your interest!!

Big thanks to all who took the fertility supplements survey! I have 28 results so far and will past them in here. My apologies for the formatting! I have tried tinkering with this and can't seem to paste it in as a spreadsheet or table (even though there's a table function here). If I have time to play with it any more later, I'll try again.

Thanks so much for doing this! I have been wondering what women here are taking. I have a few questions though.  The red raspberry leaf, does that come in anything besides tea, I have the tea but i hate the taste. I am not even sure yet on why it is good for fertility. I was thinking about evening primrose and wheat grass but still haven't found enough info on that and what is does for you either. I am taking, vitex, licorice root, bee pollen, royal jelly and a prenatal so far, been taking vitex for 3 cycles, prenatal 3 cycles and everything else for one cycle. Was taking maca but for some odd reason, i was getting mosquito like bumps on my body and when i stopped taking it i didnt get anymore bumps. Weird! Any of you have any suggestions what i should take? My periods rage from 29 to 34 days.  I have been TTC for 6 months and started herbs 3 months ago.
