Seperated Raw Milk in Fridge

My soured raw milk seperated in the fridge. What can I do with it? It's prob just over 1 mos old.

Sounds like it clabbered, you can use it in just about anything that calls for buttermilk. That is what I do with my clabbered milk.

Thank I put that in a google search and did some reading around...I think more of what I have is Clotted cream...or curds and whey. I haven't opened the containers for weeks...I'm a bit afraid! More research to see what to do with it!

You can use it for soaking your grains too. It would be great for that actually.
