Slow drain in shower--Ideas??

Our shower drains SO slowly it starts to fill the tub. So gross! We've tried a plunger and baking soda and vinegar and neither has been very effective. I know I won't get any Drano-like results but any ideas are welcome! TIA!

I have seen them in home depot - it is a long flexible stick with barbs on it. Oh my word - the amount of hair I have pulled out of drains with it! They only cost a few dollars - just stick it down the drain and twist it around.

We used a snake (also from Home Depot) and got another dog out of the drain.

Yep, buy a snake.  Use it whenever the drain starts getting slow.

Use a wire hanger & pull everything out.  Costs alot less than a snake.
