Prepping Diapers

I'm being given a couple of sets of the Flip system w/the Stay Dry Inserts as baby shower gifts. Do I need to prep the stay dry inserts in any way before they are used? I am also getting a couple of the BumGenius 4.0 AIO. Do those need to be prepped?

Yes.  They are all 100% polyester diapers, so just wash them once on hot with a tiny pinch of detergent (basically just knocking off the shelf dust) and dry on medium or low.

I would say the same thing, just wash and dry once. You could even hang them to dry if you want. :)

So I received the Flip diapers yesterday at my shower and on the box it says to wash the inserts on hot 3-5 times. Does that mean wash and dry them 3-5 times or just keep re-washing them wet?

The inserts are the organic cotton ones, then, if they say to wash them that much.

 

I do wash, wash, dry, wash, wash, dry.
