I need help with interpretation.. PLZ! - Page 4

Well, it's not uncommon for women who spend a lot of time together to "sync up."  I'm not sure about the heaviness and cramping, but sometimes that is experienced with delayed ovulation as well.  Anyway, it will be nice to have a chart under your belt going into this next cycle.  Now you  know better what to keep track of and to take temps with consistent waking times. If you don't get pg with this next cycle, hopefully you will be able to see your true LP length by pinpointing O better this time around.  thumb.gif

yeahh... me and DH have kinda come to a conclusion.. Im going to still continue to take my temps and stuff.. and my vitamins and some other things to help with EWCM... but were not going to actually "try" i guess u could say lol.. im still going to chat on the threads =P im also making healthier food choices to.. so thats really good..

also with this article i read about pregnancys.. it had said in nearly every state, about 65% to 75% of unintended pregnancies were considered mistimed and 25% to 35% of those unwanted.. pretty much says yu have a better chance of conceiving if yu dont "try"..

heres the article yu shld read it... =]

Okay, but how many of those women charted?  How many knew when they ovulated?  How many of these situations were with woman who assumed they ovulated somewhere in the middle of their cycle when in fact they ovulated earlier or more likely later?  This study is not represented well in this article- too much speculation IMO.  Timing sex during your fertile time is, in fact, the ONLY way to get pregnant.  So if you want to be pregnant, I would suggest continuing to chart and time sex accordingly.  It doesn't mean you  have to  stress about having sex every day you're possibly fertile, but getting at least one shot in there each cycle would be necessary to have  a chance at pregnancy.  Just sayin'...  winky.gif

so true so true.. I wish they would have got into some more details than just what they put... but yes i defiantly planned on making sure i BD'd around ovulation.. i plan 5 days before[everyday] and 5 days after[everyday]..im also taking a women's vitats equate one daily w/ calcium, iron and zinc..  I have a few things i would like to try out this month.. im an internet nerd so i google ALOOT of things.. and last night i read alot about eating pineapple.. it says that you should eat the pineapple core day 1-5 after ovulation as its suppose to help assist the fertilized egg attach to the wall easier.. but you have to be careful because pineapple is also used for a natural way to induce labor.. so after the 5 days you really shouldnt eat it.. atleast not alot that is lol.. im also buying some mucinex, and evening primrose oil to help with my EWCM, and also im going to watch what i eat because im a fast food junkie.. and im like cutting that out of my diet completely and making more healthier choices..

I might be trying to much but i just know when i was on the depo provera shot i bled for the 6 months straight that i was on it, my doctor was SUPPOSE to stop it after bleeding for 2 months straight but kept giving it to me.. then it took like 3 mths after that for the bleeding to completely stop and like another 3 months for my periods to even BEGIN to get regular.. [that was in 09'] then last year i was on the nuva ring for 3 months.. and had what i believe to be cysts on my ovaries.. i went to two different ER's. the first place told me it was a hernia, and the second place said swollen glands.. but i knew better.. theres was 2 bumps the size of like grapes on my right side, and one bump on my left, they were extremely painful, and right there on my ovaries, i tried making a gyno appt.. but they was booked.. and the cysts disappeared after 1 month.. i discontinued the nuva ring when they appeared.. and vowed to NEVER EVER use BC again.. its horrible.. im only 21.. but i remember when i got pregnant with Nicholas in 08 that it was honestly the FIRST time i had unprotected sex.. it was just that easy.. now ive had unprotected sex for over a yr now.. and nothing has happened.. ive only timed BD for 2 months now tho..  Im hoping it happens soon =] it would be awesome i work from home and goto college for computer p[rogramming, [which is what i do from home] i write scripts and applications for software, and graphics for websites.. its not alot but it helps lol and i dont know whyh but i just really wanna be preggers again =] id really enjoy sitting at home working on my computer and taking care of the little ones =P
