AF showed today. So, finally a new cycle. I know I'm going to do the CBFM, but I'm not sure I'm going to do much else. I'm really ONLY hoping for a normal cycle this month. I might start temping at the end of AF, but I'm not sure yet. It just doesn't work well with my sleep patterns regardless of how bad I want to be sure I'm Oing - I just don't feel like I can be sure even with temping. I'll see how I feel in a week, I guess.











 I'm not sure why these companies don't have it in big letters on the bottle! I also used to have debilitating migraines and wanted to share somethings that have worked well for me! I have eliminated soy from my diet. I discovered I was sensitive to it and it was triggering headaches/migraines. Chiropractic care - to allow proper nerve flow. And acupuncture - creates proper balance in the body and proper communication between your body's organs and hormones. Best of luck!
