Every time I think about the fact that I could be pg, I get an adrenaline rush. I'm thinking this probably isn't helpful in TTC, but man, it is hard to suppress! I do yoga, and try to relax, but I am just so excited, that it is really difficult to contain (even though it probably hurts my chances). Anyone else get this?? Or am I just way over excitable (this will be #2, so it isn't even my 1st...)

I feel the adrenaline rush as well. It's less so now (5th cycle of TTC), but still had it a couple times. I literally feel a physical rush, as if I had just been on a roller coaster or was spooked. It's a good feeling, but like you say, probably not great for TTC.

I read taking charge of your fertility today. For all that's in the book, stress issues and TTC relate to delayed or lack of ovulation. She never discussed a shortening of the luteal phase or early spotting being a result of stress. I figured if there was a connection to TWW stress and infertility, it would be in there. Since I'm fairly certain I O'd due to temps and OPKs this month, I'm not too worried about the adrenaline rushes! :) Who knows, though.
