What's it like? Is it crunchy at all? DH and I are from Miami and visit about once a year, but we have never spent any time in Florida City. We love the Keys and would like to live as close to there as possible, and we are wondering if FC is a bit more affordable than living in the Keys. We do NOT want to live in Miami again under any circumstances.
