I tried cutting out starches and sugar and upping my intake of virgin Coconut Oil to at least 3 Table spoons coconut oil per day ... when I started I was amazed because i sort of lost one pound a day for a week (I have more to loose)
BUT I haven't been able to "resist" temptation for very long (people around me eat "SAD" & I prepare "normal food" for my immediate family, the healthier I try to eat, the more they think I'm trying to poison them by offering "too many" vegetables and not appealing enough food ...)
so I'd like to know if there are others who are managing to cut out starches over longer period of time ...
