High-protien supplement foods for baby?

Hi mamas.

Was hoping I could get some suggestions from you for this weekend.  I'm going to be away from my 7 1/2 month old for less than a day; the evening of Saturday (from about 3pm) and morning of Sunday (until about noon-ish).

I breastfeed, and she also gets breakfast (usually rolled oats and a fruit or just a fruit or similar) and dinner (usually a veggie of some sort).

I have been trying to pump a little freezer stash for our trip while she's with my in-laws, but (LOVELY TIMING!) I think AF is about to make an arrival, because my supply tanked a couple days ago, and I needed to send two of the frozen bags along with two fresh bottles for her while I'm at work today, instead of 4 fresh bottles like I normally do.  I'm worried if things go like this for another day or two, I won't have enough BM for her while I'm away this weekend.

Kiddo HATES formula (we tried a couple different brands just in case a situation like this came up... but really, she's only ever had a couple ounces, when she was first born and had low blood sugar before my milk came in.  Girl loves her mama's milk!).

Do you think it would be okay, since I"m going to be gone less than 24 hours, to supplement with a little more solid food than usual if there's not enough frozen/fresh milk for her?  If so, what foods would you recommend?  She LOVES avocado, and someone else suggested egg yolk (haven't tested that to see if she has an allergy yet, though).

Thanks for any advice you have!  This is totally stressing me out.  I've had one PP AF, and the same thing happened... so I'm guessing she'll be here soon...

For such a short time, I would feel fine give more solids and water (to avoid constipation and stay hydrated) and less milk. Not ideal, but I bet she'll nurse up a storm when you're reunited!
