My son was just diagnosed with a neurological disorder (global dyspraxia). He has been selectively/delayed vaxed and now I'm wondering about continuing. I'm wary about vaxes (particularly their preservatives) affect on the nervous system and don't want to exacerbate a condition that's already there.

However, my son gets sick very easily. Small colds often turn into pneumonia. When he gets sick he doesn't eat for days and his weight drops. His growth isn't as good as it should be (though he is no longer FTT); he has difficulty keeping his percentiles on the growth chart and hovers around the bottom. He's one of those kids who would likely get the more extreme version of childhood illnesses.

I'm trying to weigh the alternatives here... right now he's due for his MMR and measles is spreading nearby.

If this were your child, what would you do?
