Bananas getting older ... Any ideas besides banana bread?

I have 12 bananas that are getting brown spots.... Looking for yummy ideas and something a little different than banana bread...

Chop them up and freeze for smoothies.

I made my kids banana popsicles- cut banana in half, insert a popsicle stick, spread peanut butter or yogurt on the banana, roll in granola, and freeze. They loved them!

banana pancakes! you can make a big batch and freeze between layers of wax paper.  reheat in the toaster and top with nut butter (or better yet nutella!) for a quick and easy breakfast.

You can also add to waffles and freeze as above.

Puree with milk and eggs for banana french toast.

Grain-free banana pancakes:

Mix banana with one egg an a tsp of peanut butter. Fry as a small pancake. Eat with whatever toppings you like.

Banana ice-cream:

Cut 3 bananas and freeze. When frozen, take them out and put in food processor. Add 1-2tb maple syrup, half a cup of milk and mix. Ready!

I also often use them to add to pancakes, waffles, smoothies, muffins etc.

Separate them from one another and throw them in the freezer without peeling.  They make great "popsicles" as is -- kids love them!  You can also use them for smoothies or other recipes later.  A minute or two after you take them out of the freezer they are easy to peel.

Our newest favorite thing is to just freeze them and then mash 'em up and eat them as is.  Putting them in the food processor gives an awesome creamy texture, no other ingredients necessary (although I'm sure the PP who mentioned banana ice cream using syrup and milk has a delicious idea)  but I'm too lazy to food process... I just mash 'em up.  They are so sweet its like ice cream only you don't have to add more sugar.  Some raw cacao powder on top would probably be amazing.
