Hi. My DH is about 6'2 and 200 lbs with a broad kind of football player type build. He uses the Moby at home all the time for our 11 week old chunky monkey (14 lbs). Anyway, the Moby feels hot and does not feel so portable these days. My Ergo is too narrow for him in the shoulders, and he feels like her head bobs around in our babyhawk (not so for me b/c she snuggles up to my breasts). Any suggestions? He loves the Moby, but I think he needs something a little less labor intensive for errands & trips to the park with our 3.5 year old.

Best bet for SAHD of a 3 month old

First of all kudos for having a babywearing hubby! If he is really into the wrapping thing I would suggest a german style woven wrap like a Storchenweigen or Didymos. But other than that I have no clue as to what a good carrier for a SAHD would be... Perhaps there is an attachment parenting type store in your area where he could try out a few carriers. Do you know of thebabywearer? It has lots of WAHM stores on it and even if someone just has a webstore they might let you visit to try some carriers. Good luck and props to you mama!
