Dr changed my due date by 2 weeks!

Hm... I'm confused. If going off my LMP (Mar 28), I was supposed to be 8 weeks 2 days pregnant yesterday. But the ultrasound measured as 6 weeks 2 days. Could I really have ovulated that much later? Sorry if this is a stupid question. They changed my due date from Jan 2 to Jan 15. Sort of threw me for a loop!

yes, you could have ovulated that late, but if that is not normal for you I would question it.  when did you get a + pregnancy test?

I got a BFP on May 10. Very quick BFPs, might I add. I didn't do any tests the week prior. But I got solid BFNs two weeks prior...

It is possible to have O'd that late.  I see no problem with them saying you are farther along either, it means more time to go into labor, etc. without pressure :D

That seems right to me then.  I got a BFP on April 25th, which is super early (7dpo) but I am 8w2d yesterday.  If your BFP was 2 weeks after that, it's totally possible that you ovulated later and are 6 weeks along :)
