Background: 1.5 year old lab/setter mix, 3 cats between the ages for 3-4, first human coming in October.
We're moving to a new house in July and shortly after that, baby.
All of our critters are pretty easy going. They were all rescues to transitioned to our home and each other very quickly. They are all very people-centric, my pup sleeps with us on weekends, during the week she sleeps in her crate right next to the bed, and the cats all sleep with us too. This just isn't going to work with the baby, too. Pup will be fine in her crate even on the weekends, but I have no clue about the cats except we did get a net for over the bassinet/cosleeper thing so they don't decide that is their bed too.
I'm just worried that it is going to be a lot for them to handle at once and want to make all the changes as comfortable as possible. Any pointers in transitioning our crew?
