Pay ranges for early-childhood education Waldorf Teachers??

Does anyone have an idea of the pay range for Waldorf pre-school and Kindergarten teachers?  I'm sure the answer it depends on the experience level, and the particular city involved.  I'm particularly interested in the range on an hourly basis for something like a lead Kindergarten teacher in a bigger city like Washington, D.C.  Also, same question for teachers or caregivers of toddlers in Waldorf inspired home daycare settings (if there is even a comparison group for those).  Any information is greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Out here in the northwest the starting pay is around 35-40k, depending on experience.

I am a preservice early childhood waldorf teacher who operates a playschool within our home. (3 children, plus my own 22 month old) I am paid $25 per day, per child. (8:45 am-3:30 Pm)

hope this helps!

Well, I hope to do in-home waldorf type care and I know in my area the average for regualr home care is 35-50$ per day. 40 is about average, depending on if you are liscensed and take subsidy (in canada, er do they have that in the states?)
