Dr. David A. Kessler, et al. report that only about 1-10% of all reactions may be reported.  That is sad.

"Even the large, well-designed clinical trials that are conducted to gain pre-market approval cannot uncover every problem that can come to light once a product is widely used ."

 

Basically meaning everyone using that product is a guinea pig.
