Math Whizz in Canada? Homeschool buyers coop code is not working for me

I just purchased the Math Whizz subsription via homeschool buyers coop (50% off until May 31). There was nothing about this being limited to the US, as far as I could see, but when the code was assigned to me to redeem my subsription, the site it is directing me to is the US site, not the "UK and the rest of the world" site...

My code didn't work on either of the sites. I emailed support at whizz, but i've been emailing them for the last two days, about not receiving their free trial confirmation email--and no response.

I'm going to email the co-op, but I'm getting frustrated, and I hope I just didn't waste the $119.

Are there any Canadian users who know what is going on? Thanks...

If you buy things through the co-op, you have to contact THEM for the tech support.  They have been very responsive (like w/in 24 hours) to any problems we've had, so be sure to send them an email ASAP.

Thank you! I did send them an email yesterday morning, still no reply. Good to know they've been responsive in the past.

I'm having hard time with the customer service of Math Whizz. It seems that some of the registration process is not working on their site--now I get blocked even before I have a chance to enter the code. I sent them an email yesterday--no response, and no confirmation that they had received my email. Since I was having additional issues, I emailed them again, and now will wait for a response, hopefully on Monday.
