ISO midwife in Outer Banks NC

I am looking for a midwife in/close to the Outer Banks of NC for some friends who just had a homebirth in SC and are moving soon with a 2-week-old baby.  Preferably one who will do home visits, but office visit is ok if geographically close.  Please private message me any responses.  Thank you.

Deb O'Connell, CNM is a midwife who does home births on the Outer Banks. Her practice is called Carborro Midwives.  Since the baby is already here if she is looking for a CNM to do well-woman care there are a few in Elizabeth City but none on the actual Outer Banks, though Deb might be able to do home visits for this sort of thing.
