Any opinions about buying a mei tai on Etsy?

I am wanting a mei tai and there are so many different brands and sellers. Has anyone bought from Etsy and are they any good  Has anyone ever heard of Twirlybird Baby?  The patterns are very pretty and they are reversible for $70 plus S/H.

If not which one would you choose..Kozy, Mei Tai Baby, Catbird or Elleroo?

I haven't heard of that one, but you could check on thebabywearer.  What age is the baby you are going to wear?  Some carriers are better suited for newborns vs a toddler.

There are a lot of sketchy carrier makers out there.  I would honestly just buy from a reputable company instead!

I have purchased a couple of Etsy baby carriers, although I can't remember which makers, and loved them both.  Just read the reviews!

There is a section on thebabywearer that talks about making your own MeiTie.  I would browse around on there, because they talk about what sort of things you do for extra security/safety, then PM a couple of etsy makers that you're interested in and ask them about it.  Some of the good ones will highlight that they have done that in their descriptions too.  Sorry I don't have the link it was a while ago that I looked into it.
