Advice on thinning/pinching bean sprouts

I'm growing a square-foot garden, with 14 squares of various flowers and vegetables/herbs.

The template I used said, for the bush beans, to poke 9 holes within 1 square foot, and to put 2 seeds per hole to ensure that at least 1 would germinate. Well, all 18 seeds germinated and they're growing like crazy! They sprouted 3 days ago and they're growing over an inch per day. Should I pinch them so that there's only 1 plant per hole? I'm worried that they'll get really bushy and crowd out the plants around them. Also, I know they're bush beans, but should I still give them something to climb so that maybe they'll grow more vertically instead of encroaching on the plants around them?

Just snip off plants at the base with scissors (or pinch with your fingers) leaving one per hole.  They don't need any support.  Some varieties are "half-runner" and will climb a tiny bit if you provide support, but most aren't.  They are usually just about knee-high.
