Want to try potty training this long weekend

Hi, my boy is 3 years and 3 months.

I have cought him twice starting to poo, took him to the potty and he went there. big party

Unfortuntelly I work full time, he hardly ever poo with me in the evening and we are always put and about during the weekend.

So I want to use this weekend to give it  a harder try

The overall plan is to take him to the potty every hour and to keep him in underwear...

What do you think?

If you have a relatively private back yard (or a good friend with said yard) and/or some long t-shirts, I'd get him outside pantsless as well. (More peeing outside=more awareness of peeing + less puddles inside)

Melon  is really yummy and makes everyone, especially kids, have to pee a ton. But have it for breakfast not lunch.
