What the hormones...?

Anyone educated about postpartum and/or breastfeeding hormones? I seem to have just hit a major shift... like a brick wall!  I have tried to research hormonal changes at this point PP but am coming up with nada.

DD will be 4 months old tomorrow and EBF. In the last 3 days, my hair started falling out (like, in clumps!), I'm having bad headaches, really, really bad fatigue, and suddenly,  I can't run. I'm a well-trained runner and up until last week was running 8 miles without a problem. Suddenly, running 3 miles is the hardest task of my life and I just can't. I am noticing vaginal dryness and last night had pain during intercourse.. the first time I can ever remember that happening. Also, I am starting to feel pain while breastfeeding? I haven't had any sort of pain nursing since we worked out some issues when DD was only a few weeks. It feels like my nipples/breasts are dry or something and almost like she's chomping, it's so uncomfortable.  I am eating a really well balanced diet (imo) - Since I am breastfeeding and training and small (115 lb) I am taking in about 2700-3000 calories a day, eating whole foods (and I'm gluten free). I also hydrate really well, tons of H20 ,  fresh-squeezed juice & soymilk. My lifestyle and diet usually keeps me really well energized so I can only  think of hormones as a problem  - is this typical 4 months PP? Is there something I can do to balance them and shake this cruddy feeling? TIA!

I wasn't EBF my DS at this age so it's probably not a good comparison, but I don't remember anything like this with him?

I didn't experience anything like that, but I have heard of women having thyroid issues around that time PP, and also pregnancy could cause some of those symptoms too.

Have you had your thyroid levels checked? Thyroid problems can happen PP even if you've never experienced Thyroid issues before.
