So I have IGT and this is my third baby. I really really thought everything was going super. She was back to birth weight by 10 days and gaining well and then this past week (from 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 weeks) she only gained 1 oz. :(  I don't know what changed. We aren't doing anything differently than the very beginning. Could this be from some hormone level dropping at that point? I also have PCOS. DD is still having enough wet and poopy diapers but just isn't gaining enough. I'm going to up the herbs I was taking (was only taking a bit of alfalfa and a homemade lactation tincture) and start pumping after feedings. I don't want to go through this again :( I'm a sad mama today.
