Help me feed my picky eater

Hi mamas,

DD used to eat everything and anything we put in front of her, but has suddenly turned into little miss picky.

Meals that are always a home run:

scrambled eggs

spaghetti

Mac 'n cheese

bagel with cream cheese

Occasionally she'll eat a PB sandwich or cheese quesidilla

She's great with fruit

What works for you ladies?  I can't just feed her cheerios and slices of cheese everyday!

My daughter has become a little more adventurous but for awhile it was tough.  I tried not to sweat it, but I also tried to sneak veggies in wherever I could.  We're ovo-lacto vegetarians.

A few favorites:

Cauliflower gratin instead of mac & cheese.  (I parcook the cauliflower and then mix it with a cheese sauce made of milk, american cheese and cheddar and then bake as a casserole.)

Pureed soups-- black bean with tomatoes & peppers added in but then topped with sour cream and cheese.

Saag paneer (indian style creamed spinach with cheese).  I had to start pureeing the spinach with milk and spices but she loved it once it was smooth.

Pesto pasta with broccolli (with pesto that included tons of basil, arugula, nuts and oil.)

Hope this helps and hope this is just another phase that will pass!
