DS is getting a new front tooth (gigantic) -- could it be the cause of sudden onset migraine/jaw pain/vomiting? I wouldn't even ask if he was cutting a molar, but he doesn't have a fever and I can't think of any other reason for the excruciating pain he's experiencing (nor can his doctor).
