Natural Progesterone

What amount are you ladies using? I've been doing 20mg in am and again in the pm-alternating between inner thigh, arms, belly etc. After ovulation until I get AF but this is month 3 and I am noticing no difference at all. Maybe I need more?? I KNOW I am LOW in progesterone from lab tests-both standard labs and also alternative labs through Diagnos Techs from my ND. Just wondering how others were using Natural Progesterone Cream supplementation.

Well, not TTC I use progesterone cream 2x's per day. But while TTC, I use a sublingual natural progesterone called Progon B. The sublingual is stronger (if you want it to be) and you can be more precise about the dosage.
