I might have someone dispatch them for me -- not sure I could do it myself.

 

I voted "other" though, because if they were all over the neighborhood, I wouldn't expect killing them to do much good.  I would definitely find a way to get them out from under my porch and then animal-proof it so they couldn't get back in.  I would also invest in an awesome fence for my vegetable garden.
