Symptoms so far? - Page 3

Awesome you don't have symptoms!  I'm feeling pretty good today, so that's a good sign.    Just sore boobs still! ( it's been like 2.5 weeks now or soreness!)

My chiro is trained in webster technique, so knows how to work with pregnancy, I just wasn't sure if that was OK the first trimester-  good to know.   I haven't been in a while, but I really want to avoid sciatica!

boobs are getting more sore & bigger by the day.  i am seriously bloated!!!  i'm thinking i look like i'm at 6 mos already i'm so huge!  happy to hear i'm not the only one.  but then again it might also be due to the fact that i feel like i'm eating anything and everything i can get my hands on. eat.gif perhaps?  ;)  zakdat- i was giggling and empathizing w/ your comment about having people know u're pregnant rather than thinking you're just gaining weight. lol- i feel ya!   oh yeah- and i'm also tired, like most of u, and i keep waking up at 4am like clockwork and have to force myself to stay in bed and try to get back to sleep.  and when i do finally get back to sleep, i hear the alarm go off. grrrrrrr....not so fun. but thankfully no m/s yet- i'm hoping that will stick!

Also, Ive lost like 10 things in the past two days. Pregnancy brain.

Well, just like with DS, my first symptom is frequent urination. I'm having to get up 1-2x per night to pee.

Also, I breasts/nipples are super-sensitive so my nursing toddler is about to drive me insane, but he's not even close to weaning or ready for weaning so I'm just trying to remember to breathe, relax, and focus on something else.

Of course, I'm hot, which isn't helped by the outside temperature.

I've been feeling hot a lot more than usual, I wasn't sure if that was a symptom or not because this is my first. It is definitely not the weather, it's still pretty cool here.

Yep, feeling hot is normal as your basal body temperature stays elevated in pregnancy thanks to the wonderful hormone progesterone.

I didn't realize it, but I'm sleeping longer at night (as it DS surprisingly). DS and I have gone to bed between 8-8:30 the past two nights, and he's been sleeping in 3 hour stretches instead of his usual 45m-1.5 hour stretches. He's quite thrilled by it too and is also nursing less at night when he does wake.

I'm just feeling really fatigued for the most part. Fatigue that makes me want a nap at 10 am- and I don't nap! I've felt a little nauseous the past few days also , but only when I get pretty hungry. I need to have some better-timed snacks & see if that helps. One funny symptom was my choice of late-night snack yesterday- green olives! And they were heavenly.

As far as symptoms, I am pretty much right on board with most of you ladies. Minus the morning sickness. I think I have missed that bullet this pregnancy, just like the last.

Another funny thing that is like my last pregnancy, I am getting an earache in my left ear again. Same ear! I remember it happening last time and had my midwife check it out. A little inflamed, but nothing else. I'm not even worried this time. The only thing I can think of is the extra blood flow?

In addition to the morning sickness, I have been having a lot of digestive issues.  This is probably TMI, but instead of being constipated like I expected to be, food seems to go right through me.  I must admit that it is freaking me out a bit.  I worry that I am not taking in enough nutrients.

totally sore gums -- that's normal for me too

nausea (esp in the evenings)

sore nipples when breast feeding

utter fatigue

also feeling kinda sad/blue (excited about pg, but don't like these hormones!)

Do any of you ladies with m/s and nausea ever get it when you have a full stomach? I never had m/s with my last pregnancy, and tonight, a while after dinner, I started to feel queasy for the first time. Did I maybe eat too much and bring it on?

For several days, unrelenting cramps. Was positive I was going to start bleeding any day. They have tapered off.

Nausea, sore boobs, terrible insomnia, and restless legs.

I felt on the verge of puking on Friday night after dinner. I don't know if it was something in the food, but I went home and went straight to bed at 8pm. My DH took care of the dogs and stayed home in case I needed anything! He's a sweetheart.

Since then, I've had waves of nausea after eating too.

Definitely wasn't the food for me. So, maybe I need to watch how much I eat. I went out on the ocean yesterday in a boat, and got sea sick. In the back of my head, I was thinking is this going to curse me and put me on the nauseous train. haha, but not really.

My ms gets worse if I eat too much at once.  I've just been snacking all day and eating small meals when I feel up to it.  I make sure sure my stomach is never empty but also never full, because either seems to make it worse.

I forgot to mention one very annoying symptom: acne.  I have tiny red pimples all over my forehead and chin, and just now I discovered a few behind my ears.  Seriously.

I feel for you! My acne gets worse with pregnancy too. Glowing skin? Nope! It's a struggle the whole time (and pp too!) greensad.gif

I think this baby is trying to keep me healthy. I was craving cookies last night so I made some but after I ate a couple I felt awful. Same thing today... cookies = ugh but I had some veggies for lunch and feel much better! upsidedown.gif

I haven't gone through this whole thread yet but anyone else extremely irritable?! OMG, I am so irritable, like PMS times 3.  I don't remember that with my first.

I'm also very, very tired! I am still a bit crampy some days too, although the crampiness has definitely subsided the past few days.  That's really about it for now.  Not looking forward to the morning sickness as I had that terribly with my DS.  Maybe I won't get it this time. That would be awesome!!!

I have definitely been irritable and my patience is very thin. This makes me feel especially bad when it comes to my DS. I have snapped at him a few times when I shouldn't have. greensad.gif

And with my last pregnancy, I don't remember being this easily irritated either. I just had a very low tolerance for stupidity. smile.gif

I've been irritable too! And impatient. And emotional. And freaking tired all the time, I wake up tired, I'm SO tired! I don't remember being this tired last pregnancy. I threw up today too.
